AI training for K–12 educators, administrators & staff.

Custom training for K–12 administrators and educational staff, grounded in the responsibilities of their roles.

What can school staff practice with AI?

A useful session starts with a familiar responsibility. Teachers may want help preparing a first draft of a classroom resource. Administrators may need to turn meeting notes into a clear staff update. The examples change with the role; checking accuracy and using approved tools stay part of every exercise.

  • Draft family communications from approved school information, then review the tone and facts.
  • Create a first-pass lesson outline or practice activity for an educator to adapt.
  • Turn a staff meeting agenda into a checklist using fictional or public information.

How do we fit your professional learning plan?

JOSA.AI develops educator curricula that follow State of Florida CEU guidelines and are shaped around your school or district’s goals. Share your professional learning requirements before booking so the session scope and documentation can be discussed with the appropriate coordinator.

  • Separate examples for teachers, school leaders, and support staff.
  • Practice within your school’s AI policies using approved accounts and sample data.
  • Review outputs for accuracy, bias, and suitability before using them with families or students.

Questions about planning your training

Who is the K–12 AI training for?

Training is for adult educators: K–12 teachers, administrators, district leaders, and educational staff. The curriculum is adapted to their responsibilities and starting level.

Can you train staff in Tampa, Orlando, and Central Florida school districts?

Yes. JOSA.AI serves schools and educational organizations throughout Central Florida and across Florida from its Lakeland base. Share your county, staff roles, and preferred schedule to plan a session.

Does attending automatically award CEUs or inservice points?

No automatic credit is promised. JOSA.AI follows State of Florida CEU guidelines in curriculum planning; confirm credit acceptance and documentation requirements with your district or professional learning coordinator before booking.

Will we need to use student records in the exercises?

No. Exercises can use fictional, public, or approved sample information. Your school or district’s rules govern which tools and data staff may use.
