ChatGPT Work for Small Business
Put ChatGPT to work on everyday business tasks. Create and check a sales workbook, then leave with a reusable method for turning your own business files and notes into useful results.
A practical place to start.
Running a small business means handling more than one job. If you already use ChatGPT for questions or drafts, this workshop will help you give it a clear assignment and guide it toward a finished result you can use. During a 90-minute guided workshop, we’ll turn two small, fictional donut-shop sales files into an organized workbook with a product summary and a plain-English owner brief. You’ll check a finding against its source, ask for one useful improvement, and save the finished file. No coding or spreadsheet-formula knowledge is needed. Learn one simple way to delegate a task: Outcome, Context, and Standard. Then use it to write a work order for your business, such as preparing a team meeting agenda, comparing suppliers, or organizing a customer event. Brief instructor demonstrations of connected apps, scheduled tasks, and an interactive Site show what you can explore next. Take home a fillable student workbook, copyable prompts, practice files, a review checklist, and a completed example. Leave with a business work order and one practical step to try within 48 hours. Join us September 29, 2026, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Eastern, live online or in person at COhatch Lakeland. The two-hour session includes the 90-minute workshop, with time for setup and additional questions.
